Kids as authors and illustrators.
I talk about how I make books when I visit schools and libraries. I describe the process of developing characters, of making a start, a middle, and an end for a story, and I work with kids to draw a character and decide what it is wearing. Many time kids I visit send me ideas, drawings, or stories. This is a place where I can share some of those with you.
